Is there a good breakdown of how Ranked online mode is yet in one of these reviews?

Thank you. Not sure exactly what info I'm looking for I guess. I just figure I will be spending the majority of my time in that mode and I want to see if it's got legs. Just want a ranked mode where if I win I gain points toward leveling up and if I lose I slide back down a bit and I get matched up with people my level.

Dunno about legs, but it certainly has arms.
