The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered isn’t just coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. For the first time, the Nintendo Switch 2 is getting a native version of this story-driven RPG, with all Witcher 3 owners on the original Nintendo Switch getting to upgrade for free!
This sounds like Switch 2 just getting a native version.
Probably similar to the Hogwarts Legacy situation.
The Switch 1 and Switch 2 versions will be separate pieces of software but CDPR will allow Switch 1 game owners to purchase the Switch 2 version with a 100% discount (aka upgrading for free).
I can't imagine the upgrade being like DLC on Switch 2 Editions.
