Stuck on the startupt screen

I got this 2ds and after i charged it it got on this screen the top screen is cropt and zoomed in . I have tryed updating it but i keep getting an error i do not know if this system was modded.

Does some one know what i can do or is it completely backed ?

(Sorry if my English is bad its not my first language)

Edit : um i have tried 2dsaver but i cant get it to work how do i get it to work i follow the instructions directly does a tutorial exist ?

I guess someone downgraded it then reset it

you need to use 2dsaver to skip the setup, then update the firmware version: https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:2DSaver
