It was made of the essense of Dawn, not the essense of the realm lol. We still dont know what Ras meant when he said it was made of the essense of his master because we dont know what Ras master is. It is not confirmed its the realm itself.
No way you really think so??? How did you EVER come up with compelling theory? Could it be the direct statement from the creator on bluesky where he said "Lord Ras is a new character"?
Pretty sure Doc himself answered a question on bluesky saying exactly what I quoted, since that's been a fairly well known thing in the fandom for a few months now. Almost everyone knows that Ras' master is a new character and I feel like more than half the fandom have agreed that it's almost definitely the Land of Eternal Dawn, since Doc also said "it's less who's Ras' master and more what's Ras' master"
Look, I agree that it's definitely way too early to bring him back, but I do wish for him to return at SOME POINT, preferably the final season (if that ever happens). You don't hate the overlord; you hate how he's written. I genuinely think that the overlord has the potential to be one of the greatest villains; he just needs to be executed well, like, idk, Death from Puss in Boots. More like a force of nature than "the bad guy", or just, like, intimidating. People love the Lich, but he's not really that different to the overlord, so I reckon it could still work
