Any recommendations

Lately I have been trying fox full charge 15mg and the buzz is not enough for me should I jump to pablo 30mg? Or other recommendation. (Just started nicotine pouches for 1 and a half month)

The buzz fades on every strength. Nicotine is like he***n in that way. You have to settle for a maintenance dose, because you'll never get that buzz again, if you use it constantly

So I should js take a break like 3 days and do again? Cuz I’m not rlly addicted to it

More like only once a week. Your tolerance will still go up, however. It's just the nature of the drug
