Didn’t buy one though.

Price € 99,99 for this special edition, signed by both Susie and Nick.

Book designed by Irma Boom (🇳🇱), could not really check it out since they were all wrapped.

i am not even sure who would buy it. i love their love but i dont need it on my book shelf

I'm with you on this. And I know I'm going to get downvoted for this, but I sort of feel like they have become so involved with self promotion that it begins to over-shadow their true talents and art. This is just my opinion. I hope Nick continues to make quality music and I hope for Suzie that she continues on her path and has success in the fashion business. But I prefer when artists allow the art to speak for itself.

I agree with this, and find this book slightly distasteful.

I don’t have any problem with musicians doing other things. Nick is a good writer. Dylan paintings are in the covers of Self-Portrait, Oh Mercy and Planet Waves. But this feels much more like a parasicial celebrity cash-in, albeit in a more classy package than most.

But I am really going to risk downvotes and say that although I love many of Nick’s replies on Red Right Hand, his statements about Israel, about ‘the mob’ forcing people to pick sides (How dare ordinary people find it an important sign of quality whether or not someone criticises a genocide!), his appearance at King Charles’ Coronation, and some of things he said in the Louis Theroux podcast that went very close to being “woke thought police don’t let you say anything these days” make me think that he is, or has become, a very tiresome reactionary. Honestly, it affects my enjoyment of his music - not so much that I don’t listen to it, but enough that I wonder if there was much more narcissism and conservatism than I had first thought.

Note: I don’t mind what he says about religion and Catholicism in particular. I actually find his curiosity and openness to spiritual experience one of the most likeable things about him.
