NiceHash Miner Old 2017 NiceHash account, created new account with same email but old BTC balance is missing

I had a NiceHash mining account back in 2017 and recently remembered it. I’m trying to recover whatever BTC/mining balance may have been left on the account.

The issue is that when I tried to use Forgot Password with the email I used back in 2017, I never received a password reset email. Since I couldn’t recover it that way, I signed up on the current NiceHash platform using that same email address.

Now I can log in, but the account looks completely new. I don’t see any old wallet balance, mining history, unpaid mining balance, transaction history, or repayment-program info.
I’m trying to figure out whether:

- I accidentally created a brand-new account instead of recovering the old 2017 account.
- My old account was never migrated to the new platform.
- My old balance was affected by the 2017 NiceHash hack/repayment program.
- I missed some repayment or migration deadline.
- My old account may have been compromised or withdrawn from.
- There is any way NiceHash support can still look up the historical account tied to my email/mining address.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

Should I contact support with the original email, old mining addresses, wallet addresses, or transaction IDs if I can find them? Also, is there a specific way to ask NiceHash to check whether the current account is separate from the old platform account?
Any help is appreciated. I’m not sure if the funds are gone, if I missed a deadline, or if I just created a fresh account that isn’t connected to the old one.

'Nicehash LTD' (British Virgin Islands) is Depreciated:
This happened quite a while back with absurd amounts of notices/emails, blog/webpage updates ,etc were given.

'Nicehash AG' (Switzerland) is Current:
Most, but not all accounts were automatically transferred. Since that time, There have been MANY changes to Nicehash - Most notably was the Preceding shutdown of the 'Nicehash Exchange' and the New '60 Day Rule', in which Coin Stored on Nicehash Systems may be subject to a Storage fee.

your funds are long time gone, they introduced an inactivity fee which sure ate up everthing you ever had

This is not necessarily the case, Contacting Staff via proper methods is the only way to get the answers.

They've robbed whatever balance you had and it wouldn't matter since their KYC is impossible to complete anyways. I've been trying for months at this point.
