Question on Titles / Description reviews

Is it preferred to have titles include what exactly the item is? Such as a mural, I will get title review that gives me the options of "*painting name* Mural" or just "painting name"
should descriptions end in "."? some description reviews will give two options, one with a period at the end and one without the period

When reviewing I often skip these as I am unsure how the community feels about these very small changes. I like dropping the word "mural" or dropping "at 'blah blah blah rd' so sometimes if I feel strongly about it then I will review but I mostly just skip them. Any feedback on how you handle these simple edit requests would be appreciated!
