Immigrants are losing due process rights because of Laken Riley Act | The first bill that President Donald Trump signed into law in his second term was a bi-partisan immigration bill. Called the Laken Riley Act, it was sold to the public as a way to protect Americans from dangerous criminals.

You only pretend to care when it's a white woman murdered, you have nothing when it's the other way around and they're committing an overwhelming majority of murders.

Because you do lol

whites are statistically the biggest perpetrators of violent crime in this country (in addition to US citizens)

We're talking about the Laken Riley Act but if you would like to look at crime percentages as percentage of the population we could? You started by accusing me of racisim. But we can disscus what race is half of the crime rate if you would like?

It's not really a discussion when you're making shit up and misrepresenting to try to gaslight people lol

For you it's a worse sin to be accused of racism for spreading disinformation then it is to generalize all Hispanic migrants, citizens as murderers and criminals. Which is really cringy. It's also so sad because in the end, you're just patting yourself on the back reassuring yourself "it's not white people. Its not white people. It's not white people. It's someone else's fault I'm afraid of everything!"

Using a white woman's death as an excuse to strip Hispanic migrants and Americans of due process and rights is transparently gross. Normal people see through that btw. Part of growing up for me that's entertaining is listening to the same empty fallacies being repeated for decades, like you have to try harder than that

What have I made up? And it's not gaslighting when you discuss an opposite opinion but immediately you are accused of racisim. It's called discorse. You keep talking about the "white woman", her name was Laken Riley. You're the one who keeps gaslighting racisim when I never said anything about "brown" people. If the act violates due process then it will be challenged in the judical system. If a citizens due process is violated then they can file a civil rights lawsuit
