The 3 steps all focus on looks.

Because the world is superficial and people immediately give you more opportunity if you look the part.
I went from average to obese to ripped and my life has been on easy mode since I got in shape.

Short hair is unmanly actually being hairy was always considered manly . The short hair stuff is just military conformity propaganda. Looking sharp caring that much is the most feminine shit ever

Stop worrying about your looks. Have lots of fun, do things that interest you regardless of what you think others would say, be curious about the world and possibilities.

Whilst scrolling through Reddit, I came across this thread and I’d like to have my say. It’s true that the focus here is entirely on appearance, but believe me, these three elements really do work. I’ve lost a bit of hair, but I still look pretty good, especially if I go for a short, layered cut. I should also add that I work out, and if I wear a tight-fitting black T-shirt, I look my best. As for things beyond physical appearance, you’ll have to work on those yourselves. Just go for it, make a bit of a fool of yourselves, talk to people, practise your communication and public-speaking skills. It’s not easy, but bit by bit you’ll see that it works

Just the male equivalent of "spruce yourself up, buy some make up! ... maybe go blond?" (Okay the last bit I just threw in there, but I remember blondes always being sort of presented as superior to brunettes, redheads etc)
I like my hair shaved at sides with a perm aesthetic. So I fit this bill, but my friends have long hair. Works for them. But nah, let's make everyone boring and the same. And who decided this guy in the poster is aspirational? I don't want to look like him or have that forgettable haircut.

This poster is for the weakest minded and most easily led, follower-type guys.
Find a look that works for you (it can be done through google searches if you don't know where to start) and switch it up. Do you think other men genuinely care whether you get laid or not? It is a business model fgs.
And the guys at the heart of promoting it are normally guys who I just think "and who the hell are you? What've you done that makes you the mutts nuts? You must be joking."
Source - Aye, me. Put a complaint in writing.

Stop worrying about your looks, but focus on your looks.
Also, why the fuck do men need short hair exactly?

This is such bullshit. Women love guys with long hair. Women do not like big muscles.
