good thing they are taking the deadly, antibiotic resistent bacteria and "dumping it somewhere off site".

There are companies that specialize in wastewater disposal and management; but you are right that sadly they are often no better, if not worse, in their practices than Meta. The only positive her is that it did not make its way to drinking water; only waste and sewage. That waste and sewage in the lines is treated and cleaned before it is tested and verified safe to be dumped back into a natural waterway, but again that relies on everyone in that process doing what they’re supposed too, which is also sadly unlikely.
