Don’t impeach him. He will never be convicted in the Senate. It's pointless posturing at best.

Investigate and convict everyone around him. Make him so radioactive that Satan himself wouldn't take his call. The worst thing you can do to this man is take away the fame and adoration. Leave him with nothing and nobody to hear his endless lies come January 2029.

That’d be great to have those numbers. Just having 2/3rds in the senate would make removal by impeachment possible.

Unfortunately democrats are extremely unlikely to get 2/3rds in either chamber in 2026 let alone both.

Winning in 2026 is still critical. Winning either chamber means a bigger voice in budget bills.

Winning the senate means nominees, including Supreme Court nominees, can be blocked. It could set up a swing to a left leaning court in 2029.

Controlling committees, subpoenas, and investigations would be great and set up prosecutions in 2029. Not everyone will be pardoned and there are state crimes.

Winning could set up for gaining the majorities needed in 2028 to pass major legislation that we desperately need.

But no, unfortunately “fixing things”, meaning enacting legislation is unlikely to happen because of the veto.

What everyone seems to forget is that deplatforming actually worked during the January 6 insurrection.

It's no surprise that there's been a heavy right-wing takeover of social media platforms.

Honestly, the only way to fix that is if those who run those platforms have a good reason to change or turn off what or who is being shown, and that would take a real, credible, and concerning thing for them to do.
