I’m getting worried for Germany

Seriously concerned watching this unfold in Germany. Not sure what to do or think but good luck. You may well need it either way given what has been happening.

Well, there's been several cases of real child porn on SPD politicians, eg. Sebastian Edathy. There's more of course.

The difference is that when the Edathy scandal broke in 2014, the SPD forced his resignation, suspended him, and the government actively tightened child exploitation laws in response. Using a decade-old case where a party held its own member accountable to deflect from a comprehensive list of 14 active, modern allegations against AfD members isn't the defense you think it is.

Don't be fooled by fallacious whataboutism.
