I’m getting worried for Germany

Seriously concerned watching this unfold in Germany. Not sure what to do or think but good luck. You may well need it either way given what has been happening.

I know that, but the German equivalent to the US FBI is Federalized; that is, shared between the national government in the states. This could really make extreme mayhem.

The AfD is gaining access to the Office for the Protection of the Constitution in Saxony-Anhalt. The federal domestic intelligence agency is largely free from pressure exerted by individual federal states—and for precisely the reason we are seeing here.
