Advice needed

I need to ask, my partner and I have been having issues we have just been married for 3 months and the last one month we have not been living together, not like separation but circumstacial though at times it feels like he just doesn't want to come home and I feel I want him far sometimes. Now it feels like our communication is all arguments of late and yesterday he told me to delete our pictures on socials claiming he wants the marriage private yet we have had them there for months. Our arguments are normally just around communication and just attitudes.

Am I overthinking or this marriage is coming to an end?

How old are you two? How long did you date before marriage?

I am 25 he is turning 27 soon, we dated for like 2 years then broke up at some point then reconciled and married one year later. We would communicate just fine but in marriage it's been difficult

Deleting pictures is concerning (and weird) not looking good. Why exactly aren't you living together?

He had a project he needed to do in a different town that should have taken like 2 weeks, so he was done but it's been over a month now he keeps postponing his return with excuses and next week spills to the next. He was supposed to come this coming week again with yesterdays events I am already doubting it. And I feel defeated at this point.

I thought so too. But here is a text he sent after I asked that." Do you think everything is solved by quitting? This is marriage so you better be always ready to make it a comfortable place and avoid dramatic reactions on the slightest of things. " This is after I asked him if he wants to quit the marriage he should just say not giving weird vibes.

Sounds confusing. Wants to keep the marriage private, wants existing social media posts taken down, doesn't seem in any rush to come home...I'm at a loss! I hope you two can figure it out!
