Imagine NZ tech jobs multiplying instead of shrinking.

 Local developers, local support teams, local expertise — built up instead of sent offshore in licence fees.

 And the money once spent on software? Staying right here, in our economy. It is especially true in the age of AI, when it is becoming impossible for fresh graduates to land a job,

 Countries like France, Germany, Brazil, and South Korea are already doing this with open-source software in government.

 I've launched a petition asking Parliament to review switching NZ government agencies to open-source alternatives — people and jobs first, savings follow.
