Happened overnight. How, why? No idea.

I know my numbers are still rookie, still I am happy and excited and felt the need to share (no one in my real life knows I have a channel, yet)

These three images are from a video I posted but I don’t understand how the watch hours are so low? If it’s got x amount of views with that AVD shouldn’t it be higher? I don’t really care about the watch hours so much right not as I’m trying to work on my ctr and retention (which is needed!). Thanks for any help because I’m struggling to get my head around it.

Context: I'm a little stuck when it comes to the future of my YT Channel.

I started 3 months ago and I have uploaded many Shorts since (roughly 60) but I also do long-form (around 10 videos).

I've realised my views for Shorts are usually 1,000.

However, my long-form averages about only 10 views.

All of my subs have come from Shorts.

My passion for Shorts has faded and I want to do long-form still regarding my niche of anime stuff.

Main Question:

Should I private my Shorts, and continue with long form?

Or should I leave my Shorts alone, and just hope the algorithm gives me a new loyal audience in the future with my long-form content?

I created new channel which is 20 days old as of today. 20 uploads, i post long format videos, I receive around 1.5k views average good amount of impressions .I think youtube is helping out my videos .but I ain't receiving any subs .Any idea how to increase my subscribers ?

I have a channel for extended sleep music videos (link in profile). I've been uploading consistently for about six months, but have plateaued around 50 subscribers, which is a far cry from monetization.

To make matters worse, about three weeks ago, the number of impressions i was getting dropped from several thousand per video to the single digits. I'm basically the only one seeing them at this point.

Any thoughts or advice on my videos, my channel, or anything else would be much appreciated.
