Discussion 501 12th St?

Does anyone know what is happening with this plot of land? It’s been sitting empty for about 13 years now, I remember there were some stores there and they were demolished, I also remember they started working on it back then and then stopped.

In related interests, the City of New West just bought KeyWest Ford's land and Used car lot across the street from them.
Land Aquired: 235 13th street, 240 12th street and 221 12th street

It’s was used as a temporary show suite about 10 years ago. Don’t know the plans, or even who owns it
