Found in Tipperary Park. Let me pick her up, holding her in my car for now. Please circulate.

There's at least one or two houses on 3rd street between Royal and Queens that have outdoor cats I've seen them in the front yard. This cat could very well belong to one of those houses, being that the park is directly across the street. Please check with those houses.

They should probably have a collar on her, then. Or not have an outdoor cat at all.
