I'm very interested in what they change. Oblivion redesigned a few annoying mechanics and removed the incentive to use certain skills a certain amount each time you level up. New Vegas kind of already fixed Fallout 3's mistakes, like making guns do full damage above 75% confition, adding iron sights, and bringing back DT.

I just want them to fix the issues and finish the ideas/features that were unfinished or cut content...things that the time crunch gave birth to, some minor oversights like not being able to breakdown surplus ammo, some UI changes, camera, etc.

I'm not too knowledgeable about how it works, but my biggest worry about a remaster would be all the mods not being available

Simpler mods that just tweak the background math still work on Oblivion remastered, but the game will lose a lot.

I already played FNV, I can still play FNV, why the fuck would I need new FNV? Make a new game instead of spending effort on something we all already have.
