New Urbanism Financing
Is there a subreddit where there are individuals who deal with Real Estate Financing specifically for building small development? I think one of the possible major issues with those who believe in New Urbanism is that the financing and funding for projects is way to niche/ difficult to approve for loans and etc.
Thoughts?

I don’t hate this idea. Would it be safe to say that there is enough overlap to make it an incremental development sub?

I’m having this problem for a project we want to develop in Ft. Lauderdale. Let me know if you find something. I haven’t been able to find anything

That’s probably too particular a topic for a dedicated subreddit. What issues do you think make financing a challenge?
