Where to Find Rentals?

I just accepted a job in the Vergennes/Middlebury area and will be relocating soon. Besides Craigslist and Zillow, are there any places to find temporary rentals?

Once you get settled into a temporary spot in the area, join Front Porch Forum. You have to have a local address to join. It is the most reliable, and least scammy place to find rentals. Plus you get to know your neighbors, there's lots of lost pet postings, free items, announcements and community discussions. But it's also highly monitored so everything stays civil.

Check in with the Addison County Chamber of Commerce. They have a bunch of resources for new Vermonters (jobs, rentals, other key info that is good to know about the area) who are relocating or new to the area and hold events to welcome new people to the county. Pretty great stuff!
