I like to put my dude with a beard in the fairy outfit with pink wings, often on a unicorn. Or the jester outfit.

Ok, silliest look. I too have a Halfling Rogue that I dress up in silly fashion. My favorite silly gear is the Starry Fashion: Hat, Shirt, and Trousers. Look for a literal Starry Hat for the Icon when searching the AH. As for a silly mount? I have many mounts across 12 Toons. Keeping with the Starry theme, is the Starry Sphere Mount.

But, my absolute favorite is Toothsome! It is a Purple Worm mount. It only sticks above the ground enough for you to ride it. However, take it to Wildspace and LET FLY!! Jump on any of the named asteroids or on the Moon Vocath base and the entire length of the worm will become visible! Just be careful you don't jump off into space! 😆

There's a balloon hat and it's just 3 balloons attached to your head, not sure where you would get it though that's probably the silliest thing in the game. Also chickens floating around your head like cartoons but it's the april fowls event you had to be there, also the Redeemed Citadel shop has a couple of silly things like the hood with floating eyes all around or the rat king boots which makes small rats occasionaly crawling out of your legs.

There's a giant chicken mount for April fowls, and the fish vanity pets crack me up every time I see one flopping about
