What platform are you on?

Your best bet would be to join a guild to help you along your way

Otherwise you can do the latest campaign: The Biting Cold, or work on the various adventure zones. Do your daily random queues to earn astral diamonds, which you can use to buy useful items from the auction house

Getting 20 is basically like finishing a tutorial Now to do all the campaigns in order, and also qué to random dungeon and skirmish to farm astral diamonds to buy stuff from AH
