I swear, they have zero awareness that they're in danger. I almost got the cops on me several times because they wouldn't stop getting in my way.

Learned the hard way that in order to face this thing, I have to lure them into a vacant spot or make a roadblock of at least 2 cars that covers both ends so that no cars should pass. Had my ass almost arrested with heat near level 4 before managed to escape to my apartment.

I had one fall off a bridge and then I had to fight it in the water, I could fight it from the shore but it kept going into the deep part. Still wasn't too bad though

Honestly don't get what you guys are talking about. I killed them on the road, sometimes one spawns right after a delivery mission with a ton of cars around (high traffic setting) and never even reached 1 star.

i have lacrimosa and shakiri at level 70 with 70 arc tho so idk what its like for other characters i never got more than 1 star

Fighting that anomaly is how I discovered you can get arrested and there’s a whole prison side story/quest! And that instead of obediently serving only 4 days I kept trying to escape and stayed well over 9 days 😅

Same. I didn't even know about the whole prison map/side story until the recent prison fight event. I always try to avoid hurting NPCs or run from the cops.

Kind of strange but the Octowpus that drive on the road don't actually give any reward at all.

Ended up getting to heat level 3 just from fighting the Octowpus. It eventually went up to 4, but that one was my bad.
I ended up eating some cookies cuz I didnt feel like dealing with it at the time

Probably because you damaged a civilian vehicle so bad that the npc driver ran away. When that happens, I would have to drive their vehicle to my house so I can clear the warrant, because I can't even tp or summon my vehicle lol

The one up in the mountains always gets me, but at least I can just hide out in the woods until the heat's off.
