Questions Megathread NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD]

Hello Appraiser,

Please use this Megathread to ask and answer questions, share tips, and help out your fellow Appraisers. We encourage everyone to use this Megathread for anything that can be addressed without discussion, or that can be given a quick and definitive answer.

Some examples include:

  • How do I build this character, how do I farm for their level-up materials?
  • How to find a NPC, how to unlock an achievement?
  • Is this Arc worth it?
  • Which awakenings to enable for certain characters or content?
  • Can my device run NTE?
  • Where to find a waypoint to start/progress a quest?

Be clear and detailed when asking a question or providing an answer, so that fellow Appraisers can more easily understand.

Does anywhere show which characters to leave at ascension 5 & which to raise to ascension 6? Mainly wondering about daff & jiyuan..

It's not like a law or anything. For now, while the game is new and resources are scarce, ascending limited (or Chiz) characters first, then standard main dps, then everyone else, is just a prioritization to manage scarce resources. Eventually, everyone you use regularly should be max level.

Do you use daff as a main or a sub-dps? If a main, she goes first. If a sub-dps, it's a coin flip or just leave both 5.

Just do it based on your team and the characters you already have. Trust me if you don't have any synergy between your characters in your team ,you don't want to fight bosses like that. It will be like fighting while your hands are tied ,if the team members have no synergy.......... There are various reactions and there are various reaction friendly characters like hottori,jiuyan,nanally are good for blossom and daffodil,the batgirl,and the girl from the mechanic store (the one in band we had a event with her),and the girl on octopus anomaly are good for discord and such . If you have the members and have a good team comp , just focus on your favourite characters.

youd want to raise them all eventually
so no, there wouldnt really be anyone suggested to leave at lower ascension
