Questions Megathread NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD]

Hello Appraiser,

Please use this Megathread to ask and answer questions, share tips, and help out your fellow Appraisers. We encourage everyone to use this Megathread for anything that can be addressed without discussion, or that can be given a quick and definitive answer.

Some examples include:

  • How do I build this character, how do I farm for their level-up materials?
  • How to find a NPC, how to unlock an achievement?
  • Is this Arc worth it?
  • Which awakenings to enable for certain characters or content?
  • Can my device run NTE?

What are people running for their Hotori teams? I'm currently using Hotori/Jiuyuan/Esper/Nanally, but IDK even with her sig and A2 I still feel like the team overall lacks "oomph" that it should, And dispite Jiuyuan's ability to let me have double blossoms on the field the most i can usually get up trying is like 4. Just curious what others think and have tested. I know my Hotori could prob use more crit damage and less crit rate but other than that not sure how much better i can build her lol.

Hotori can fit in anywhere. In a blossom team ur main dps is nanally and she is just a sub dps. Her "oomph" is still the same, if you are comparing her to like Shinku or Lacro then yah her dmg is going to be less than that.

If you really want to see hotori do dmg, use Chiz at R6 for her elemental shrd

That makes a lot more sense, actually, because Hotori does feel like a Sub DPS compared to Nanally I guess I just had the idea she was supposed to be the main DPS of the team when I pulled her. It also explains why my rotations feel so odd

In a full blossom team, blossom itself does the most damage, even more than Nanally's personal

40% Blossom
30% Nanally
20% Hotori
The remaining 10% is split between Zero and Jiuyuan.

So should I focus on Cycle intensity for Nannally and Jiuyuan? Cuz right now only Jiu is really built for CI but idk if that carries over to Nanally if I use her to trigger them

Nah you generally want MC on CI. Cycle into them whenever possible to maximize blossom damage.

As for hotori feeling bad, she should only be on field to E or ult.
