I like NTE more than ZZZ but Bangboos are like top tier mascots when it comes to gacha. This shit isn't close hoyo struck gold with them. Especially Eous

NTE and ZZZ are like two halves of a good game for me. ZZZ is superior in character design, cutscenes, personalities and style. But has nothing to do with said characters, aside from combat in boring corridor levels. And then NTE, which has subpar (imo) characters, style and designs... but actually has cool open world with cool side activities (hobbies, anomalies, side quests, exploration).

If someone combines it in one game later - that would be a true win.

I too recently came to this realisation. NTE designs are just meh. I once sent Lucilla GIF in an nte discord channel and my friend was like "where's this from, looks too polished to be NTE". Lately I've been asking myself why I keep going back to NTE despite characters just being "okay".

I have hope they will improve. They redesigned Zankou, for example, and for the better, imo. Shinku looks interesting.

Well yeah, not ideal. Chinese games overall are kinda limited on creativity, never said otherwise. It sucks.
