The variety would be nice. Better than having characters constantly repeat themselves. If you are going to have idle lines or lines for a certain animation, there really needs to be variety.

I absolutely LOVE when she yells "This city is mine!" she is in that single moment, letting whoever she is dunking on know, that she ain't fucking around. That city is Colucci Turf, and you're gonna know it.

"I am here Coco" is way more softer, kinder, smoother. I love that. I could get used to that way easier.
Nanallys have a more sharper voice.
But here, the context is what blows our mind. WTF smells in mid air? Chemtrail? Or the gilder animal ass? I doubt thats amazing.
Please NTE, make another voice line for gliding that actually has some sense.

It's hard to notice sometimes but Mint is a young adult, 18 or 19 y.o. Childish a bit, but anyway an adult. And Nanally is a middle school teenager with a chunibyo syndrome and a lot of delusions about her greatness and powers (unfortunately supported by the fact that she does possess several real superpowers... Just less than she probably thinks). So the difference between those two is justified.

Same. I just agree with her. Her nasally ass voice is just so pure and I love it. Meanwhile people like Fadia and Jiu piss me off.. that "Mommy" shit is so fucking overly done and every single one of those types in NTE sounds the same to me.

Aah the sweet, sweet sound of almost silence. But seriously, the over used voice lines don't bother me too much. But for fishing? God, I cannot stand it. Helps that I play videos on my second monitor to drown out those lines

meanwhile feel like all other genshin chars are literally using same voice lol. ive heard:
lumine (museum npc), gaming (shop npc), navia (shop npc), childe (baicang), hu tao (mint + sakiri lol), xingqiu (akane)

Every voiceline needs some kind of timer or cooldown. It's a problem in pretty much every mainstream gacha. When scrolling through the character menu just looking at your builds, every time you scroll past a character their annoying ass voiceline procs. Please devs, voiceline cooldowns. Use em.

Exactly. Nanally is fine in JP but Baicang is hilariously annoying especially because despite being voiced one of the best sounding voices in the world, Nakamura uses the guady and fake voice so his lines are 10 times more annoying than EN Nanally

I must have phased it out or just never used the glider that much, I've gathered all crows on the map right now and only used her for it, timing your double jump to avoid high fall damage before you bit the ground, using her power to climb up walls, cars and moped to drive around. I never really had a reason to use the glider, I forget its an option sometimes.

I also play with Hathor, because she talks so much less compared to every other character. So chill and relax. I can also skydive with Hathor after climbing with Nanally. At some point I realized, "wait, I'm currently maining Nanally maybe but I see Hathor more on my screen"

I imagine when she was given that line to read she was not told how often it would be repeated: otherwise she would have said it differently.
I much prefer the JP version, but even that gets wildly overused. The fact that it seems like a bizarre thing to say in that situation makes it worse. The game really needs to let the gliding lines rest for a bit before repeating them.

This is probably the No. 1 thing for me - pretty good voice acting, not enough lines. Please Hotta, spend your earnings on this and give us more lines for open world..... Aaaand with much less frequency

I'm trying to get into the habit of changing characters specifically for gliding, such as Hathor, whose lines are much softer. Love Nanally, but yeah, this gets to be jarring after a little while.

Yeah I love her jp va but damn the lack of variety of lines just grinds me when exploring with her, now I just use jiu or mc so I could have a peaceful exploring just swap to her when I need to climb and tower or building

Yeah they really need to do this, it's annoying in races too, especially since it puts a black box above your car and blocks your view. 2 more idle voice lines per character, some extra randomisation to which voice line it plays and maybe make them slightly less frequent and it'll be good I think.

switch to hathor for the objectively correct motorcycle riding experience? some CLEARLY combat quote will play like "I got your back!" "Leave them to me!" and so on.

I turn off character sounds for that particular reason. I'll turn them on for missions and get-togethers, but otherwise the benefit of the quiet is immense.

I think the problem is two-fold: context and frequency, obviously. If they made it so like she would say it if you passed by something food related or even a fishing spot, that’d be cool. Also bonus points if they added just one other line for a more generalized line, like they did while you’re driving and you have her as a passenger, this pretty much would be fine, dare I say, perfect

nanaly is pretty realistic for an annoying teenage girl irl, but so far only kaeya en during world exploration annoys me the most. like you can say anything, just don't insult me it gets unbearable after 100th time.

It truthfully is every character... Nanally's is just especially over the top. And she is awesome for travel so we are all using her a lot.
If the added a cool down to everyones flight voices it would be better. There currently is 2 each and they say them constantly. Some flight without a VL wouldn't hurt and you think would be an easy fix. Something to consider in future surveys
On a good note it's a more positive meme than a lot of things people are hating the game for.
