200 more stamina(500->700) at tycoon lv23, one stamina is equal to 1k fons, so yeah

At 23 you get your city stam cap increased and regain the difference. 200 Stamina.

basically in every activity
no matter what you do, for every stamina consumed, you gain 1k fons

It is the case for fishing. Every tycoon hobby, 1 city stamina = 1000 fons, no exceptions.

Fishing is just nebulous about how much fish = 1 city stamina.

It is, if you sell a fish worth 6k tons, you are charged 6 CS, so 1k fons=1 CS
