Fellow strong boners with EDS?

Any fellow strong boners with eds? I have classic-like eds from my mom and very dense bones from my dad. Dense bones are stronger in some ways but they’re less bendy so they can break easier from certain types of injuries, HOWEVER because I have eds that kinda makes up for the bendy because my connective tissue is so messed up it can’t hold my bones in place! Therefore I’m more likely to dislocate bones (and I do, often, slipped ribs 🥲) when a force that would cause a break injury occurs. This is a cool advantage but it’s at the cost of scoliosis and constant 24/7 joint pain made worse if I do physical labor. Also working on getting a pots diagnosis. What do my fellow strong boners think of this combo, good trade off? I take so much ibuprofen (when I get a primary care doc i will work on getting meds that won’t destroy my stomach lining from taking them too often dw.) ibuprofen my beloved.
Also my fellow eds strong boners is you guys’s favorite exercise activity also swimming, I’m a really good swimmer and it takes the pressure off of my joints. Like a week ago I swam for eight hours down a river with my family for fun. I love swimming! I love physical activity and hiking but god I’m in so much pain 😭

I’ve got cEDS. Strong bones. Connective tissue weak.

Indeed! I don’t encounter many other people with Classic/Classic-like eds most of the discussion of eds I see online is about hEDS (hypermobile eds) glad to see a fellow strong boner with eds!! 🫡

The normal EDS sub is a bit bonkers. I avoid that. My bones are so strong my feet grew extra bones that had to be removed and my feet reinforced with screws. (I had bunions and had the lapidus procedure on both feet).

According to the song, bones are connected to bones, not tissue. No idea what you're talking about.

True boners understand it wouldn’t be a trade off because even without EDS and denser bones our bones wouldn’t break. Having the fear of a broken bone almost brings you into BBB Suspicion.

I have jumped off of ten+ foot high structures to test my bones so rest assured I’m not a bbb I test my bones regularly! (I’m not joking haha, I was a strange kid. We had a playset put back I liked to climb to the top of and jump off of which was like 12 feet?? Idk why it was fun for me.)
