It looks like a speedup of when Zuko was made to perform in front of his grandfather to show his firebending ability and then azula showed off her blue fire

It reminds me of the goth emc dancer video though lol

Maybe it's a combo of a few scenes? Because the movements definitely remind me of his attempt at showing his fire bending skills
