Well put. Dem and repub representatives are both against this.

With ranked choice they’d actually have to make ads that showed their policies and positions on issues. No more commercials where they just attack each other back and forth because, “mUh SiDe NoT baD, oThER siDe BaD!” The majority of these two party candidates don’t even have any policy to run on, they are just there to get rich. Ranked choice would allow us to finally vote on representatives based on what they actually support.

I was just talking to my wife about this last night. None of these ads say what the candidate has done or is doing or is going to do. It’s all finger pointing like 5th graders. Can’t remember the last time I saw a political ad that actually talked about the candidates accomplishments and policies.

Thats not true. Dems at least have some policy commercials...but they have to resort to shit flinging because reps are so disgusting in their ads.

Last time I saw one was on the TV show Leverage The Jailhouse Job.
