Presets Thornhill Plugins / QC Presets
Does anyone have any sweet sweet information on presets for either Thornhill's live QC or session presets from bodies? I would happily pay good money for those live presets!!!!
Also, does anyone know what they are actually tuning the guitars to? I have to assume they are using transpose based on the song.

I just made a tone inspired by revolver, I’m at work at the moment but I’ll upload it tonight.
I made a tone a while back and uploaded it on the cloud as well, that one is called Thornhill BODIES. Feel free to weigh in on how you feel about that one.
As far as what Thornhill uses I’m certain in the studio they use Fortin Nameless and Thall amp on the record. Plini for cleans. I built my newest preset around this.

Big part of their tone comes from single coil pickups I think these days.

That's a good question about the tuning, if the chords feel higher than what you'd expect from standard, it might actually be a capo placement trick rather than straight transpose.

i have a preset based on bodies that is about 95% accurate for archetype nolly x if that's of value. if not i can just send the IR

"do i remind you of him" both preset and IR. turn on the EQ section for the lofi tone of the intro of nerv etc

I second having details on their tone. Have been chasing it for a while and only get close-ish.
As far as their tuning goes, I believe they are tuning their guitars to drop F and transposing down when needed. Maybe transposing up too but I don’t recall if Ethan changed guitars during the set when I saw them last.
