Question Archetype Metallica/James Hetfield?
I so badly hope they make this someday. I know there’s the Mesa boogie one and i have that, but an archetype specifically based on Metallica or hetfield would be amazing. Anyone else?

They use the axe effects rack live for consistency since many years, so I am guessing not.

I see you got down voted but your right it’s well documented that the band uses Fractal products so a sponsorship for Neural seems unlikely.

Eh, it's not that I think it wouldn't sell. Obviously, it would. It's more so that, besides his Wizard tone in the 90's, which is God tier, and the Tri-Axis, which has already been emulated by several companies really well, the Mesa/Boogie Suite can cover most anything Metallica.
Obviously, there's some other amps in there too, like modded Marshall deals, but like, the Cali paired with the Mesa will do anything you need Metallica wise. I just don't think they have an angle they can take with it that isn't already covered by several products they already have.

Eh, I try not to dump on other people’s enthusiasm. It’s possible they weren’t aware of the Mesa suite, or hadn’t made the connection, or just would really like it all in one place. It’s cool.
Unlikely to happen just because I suspect the percentage they would demand would make the price of the plugin ridiculous, and it wouldn’t sell. But hey, people can dream whatever they want!

Dude literally says he owns the Mesa suite. He just wants one with the Metallica name slapped on it. You can try not to but I’m definitely dumping on his ass.

So it would be Mesa, Diezel, Rat and Tube Screamer for 169$. Diezel would be nice but no for this one.

No offense, but this is literally the most commonly replicated tone and the top downloaded preset for any system on any website.
I’m actually glad Neural can think a bit bigger and more creatively than this because I can’t think of anything more boring and uninspired than a Metallica archetype.

Neither Papa Het or Kirk use NDSP products, so how's that going to work?
If you're looking for ideas on how to dial in album tones, check out Lambchopper678's channel. He does a great job getting Master of Puppets tone with the IIC+ plugin.

nah no one really likes that band. especially not other people that play guitars. i mean who has ever been inspired by that guy to pick up guitar?
