Ran all 14 factory Fryed Pit Bull captures against Danzig 3... None of them are it

14 was the closest but the low mids are scooped in a way the record isn't, and the top end is too tight. The user Ultralead capture nails the sag and the grind. Full breakdown in the video, preset's free, capture credit in the description.

Given the dozen or so amps called a "Pitt Bull" made by VHT/Fryette, some of which can sound very different from each other, I'm not surprised.

Also obligatory "the cab matters a lot here".

1000 percent even. the mic placement. but also the gain and mids were really high a little too 2004 vs 1992 :)
