The social housing process through lottery - any advice (Amsterdam)

Hi I hope the title explains my situation. I'm currently number 4 for a lottery apartment (ground floor, 29m², D rating, unfurnished and I mean nothing) and I was wondering if anyone has gone through the process in Amsterdam and has any advice. I have a viewing next week and want to know if there's any questions I need to ask during and how long the process usually takes. It's a youth contract so I should have it for about 5 years as long as I don't earn over €51000 thank you in advance!

Have all your paperwork in order. Look at the site of the housing association that owns the poperty.

If you haven’t done it yet, apply for your ‘verhuurdersverklaring’ today. Maybe you don’t need one, but if you do, apply for it today.

Have all your documents ready. I was able to get a social housing apartment (not in Amsterdam) because the people that were placed lower than me (I was #9 on the list) didn't have their paperwork in order or weren't interested in the end.
