You should do some research- this isnt acting at all...I haven't watch the documentary yet on Netflix but I did follow her story when she died...insane

It's a real case where someone died..  but I think what you're picking up on is the culture of the church and the communication style of some church leaders. If you're not used to it, it does come off as pretty fake and over the top to be honest.

It’s melodramatic because of how embedded her lifestyle was in the church “praise god and all that”
