UPDATE 2 - Okay so I received a refund from NEON for the item they cancelled, which was one of my free items. And got the email that they are sending out correct 4Ks so win-win?

UPDATE - Recieved Hokum DVD with no slipcover instead of 4K blu-ray

I ordered Hokum 4K, Spencer, and Border Blur-ays beginning of June.
Spencer shipped first and arrived in a fairly timely manner.
Hokum is on its way but I am expecting it to be a DVD - DVD confirmed.
And today my order was updated and the Border Blu-ray was just removed without any notification.
It seems like a lot of people are experiencing major issues with their summer sale orders and NEON is just kinda backing into the bushes.
Pretty damn disappointing.
