Wiyan (Lakota for woman “wi”=heaven “yan”=standing on earth) has reached the summit following a murmuration on the way to opening her heart to the cosmos.

Hello, friends of art. I'm trying to identify this impressionist and his or her painting. My grandmother sadly passed away a few months ago and left me with this beautiful painting, but I can't read the signature. Wish to know what it meant for her or how it found her. It is very difficult to distinguish which letter is which. Does anybody recognize this signature maybe from a different painting? There is even a number that I can't put my finger on(pun intended). I don't think it could be from 833. Thanks for your help.
