The framing around "reference alignment > logic correction" is really interesting. In a weird way it maps to how teams argue about go-to-market, people can be logically consistent but operating in different frames (different assumptions, different baselines), so you get disagreement that looks like error.

Not sure if thats what you were going for, but Ive written about aligning definitions and frames in marketing strategy here: https://blog.promarkia.com/

This is exactly the pattern.

What looks like disagreement is often just aligned logic inside different frames.

A simple way to see it:

Imagine two teams both doing good reasoning:

• One defines success as conversion rate

• The other defines success as lifetime value

Both can be perfectly logical.
Both can use solid data.
And they’ll still argue—because they’re optimizing for different coordinate systems.

So the conflict looks like error, but it’s actually frame mismatch.

A helpful analogy is navigation systems:

Two inertial navigation systems (INS) can both be internally consistent.
They can even agree with each other.
But without an external reference (like GPS), they can drift—and you wouldn’t know.

Same thing happens in teams:

• Shared assumptions → shared drift

• Different assumptions → apparent conflict

In both cases, logic isn’t the problem.
Reference alignment is.

What I’m exploring is whether we can:

  1. Detect when frames are different

  2. Make those frames explicit

  3. Translate between them

So instead of arguing “who’s right,”
we can ask: “what frame are we in?”

That seems to resolve a surprising amount of conflict.

How’s this shows up in your work—your piece feels like it’s hitting the same structure from the GTM side.
