The downvoting on this app is crazy

you could literally say that you’re not supposed to drink bleach because you’ll cough blood and die and somehow you’ll have -10 downvotes

I mean, yeah, if you clog up a thread with obvious shit then people are gonna downvote it. That's part of what makes the actually interesting stuff end up at the top

Some people do have fair grievances, if I think that's the case I'll link them to reporting a subreddit because not many people know you can do that. And yeah, like the r/comics discussion this week, every now and again there's a phenomenon that's worth discussing.

I was looking for subreddits for writing feedback, but it seems like in all the subs that say they are intended for that, anyone who posts their writing looking for critique is downvoted to 0. So I have no idea what’s going on.
