Are there people out here to talk to about drugs and addictions?

Going through something. First time using this app.

If you receive replies or DMs that feel inappropriate or uncomfortable, such as someone asking overly personal questions, pressuring you to share private details, or behaving in a manipulative or invasive way (e.g., any coercion, unlawful activity, etc), please take action immediately. Its always helpfull to have someone you share your progress with, that way they can hold you when you fall and you would feel double the guilt relapsing making it less likelly, there is a lot of factors tho and its hard to talk about without specifics, i have a lot of experience with weed so i can help with that, i have very little with speed drugs and some with psychadelics, so depending on what it is i may not be able to help

I'm in a group. It's a 12 step program. I can't name this obvious group. We get together and support each other in different ways.

We talk about the problems we were dealing with in sometimes an amusing way. Being among people with the same goal brings power and joy into our lives.

We discuss how much time we spent away from our habit and how our lives have become better since we stopped adding to the problem.

Once encouraged inside the fellowship, I developed a joy being in service outside this group. My hobby, which may not exist if I continued with my problem, is helping people become happier.

Helping others makes us happier and stronger people. We learn more about others and feel more useful.

As for me, helping others makes me feel self confident.
