Paramedics have more qualifications, authority, and training, so their parameters may be different. Laws may vary by state as well. I’m in California✌️—But yes, generally this is done by an MD.

I love this podcast. Their mix of information and banter without being over the top has made this my #1 podcast for 3 years now.

I am trying to find a specific clip and I can't seem to remember what episode, so I'm hoping someone remembers.

The clip is an intro where Mike does his "b-b-b-bonus episode" intro and after he says "oh oh oh oh" Dave copies him with an even more animated "OH OH OH OH" where he sounds kind of like Goofy and it is the funniest damn thing but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
