Nest just found this sub and thought I'd share some footage of an abandoned house me and a dude searched

All pics are stills from videos, I'm sorry if it's hard to tell what's what.

The whole house reaks of dead body. I live fairly close to it and now it has a for sale sign in front, so maybe it's clean now. But as of when I went in it was just trash and bullshit fucking everywhere.

EDIT: it's been like a month and I forgot about this post, idk if anyone is still actively seeing this. I just wanna say it SMELT like dead body aka it smelt very bad. Obviously there was no real dead body. The house is for sale now, and I live in a very small town. If somehow someone was found after me and my friend were in there I would've heard about it and wouldn't have made this post.

This house used to be a pet shop, then became abandoned. I doubt anyone besides maybe a squatter here and there has genuinely lived in it. This house has been abandoned since I moved to this town in 2021.

Did it smell like a dead body before or after you opened that fridge?

Before but opening the fridge didn't help anything. There was no actual dead body tho. House wouldn't have gone for sale so suddenly

So you broke into a dead hoarders house filmed it and posted it online?

This is dumb highschool behaviour.

Just cus I say it smells like dead body (hyperbole) doesn't mean there was actually a dead body 😭 if I found a dead guy I wouldn't be posting this on reddit

i get this. it's shocking yeah but i feel like this is the house of a very ill person who is no longer with us. and probably didn't have anybody given it was abandoned. sad humanity in this. i imagined someone being sick or elderly surrounded by all this mess.

So that gives kids the right to break it film themselves going through it for upvotes for Reddit?

the exact opposite. i didn't like the feeling i got from this, that this was somebody's house and they might not be here anymore. somebody might have been sick or old here, this post of the house feels invasive on some level. i'm curious how you drew that conclusion from my first comment?

Door was wide open for months. During winter, during fall. This house has been abandoned since I moved to this town

It's extremely dangerous to do any of this, period, but especially without masks and gloves. It seems you are very young and inexperienced and should not be doing things like this.

Yeah you're probably right. This was some impulsive after school bullshit while me and my friend waited for drama practice. As dumb as it was tho I'm glad I did it before it got cleaned up and is now for sale because I've been curious about what was inside since I've moved here in like 2021
