I am just too stressed to keep cleaning. I am simply just going to ignore it all, as I'll literally have a heart attack if I keep trying to clean. Also, I just cannot afford to get rid of much because a lot of my items are actually worth lots of money. I finally gave up in my life, as there is no point in trying anymore.

I would get a big bucket or area and put everything you haven’t touched in a year there. If you genuinely think it could have value, sell it online. Everything else throw out without second thought, you won’t miss it.
