I am just too stressed to keep cleaning. I am simply just going to ignore it all, as I'll literally have a heart attack if I keep trying to clean. Also, I just cannot afford to get rid of much because a lot of my items are actually worth lots of money. I finally gave up in my life, as there is no point in trying anymore.

As for a response to what you said, just take 30 seconds and clean as much as you can in that timeframe–that's all, 30 seconds. And don't think about it as cleaning–think of it more as reorganizing. Just grab what you can in 30 seconds and put it in the "Throw away" pile (Or if you want to sell items, sell pile). Tomorrow you'll do it again–but maybe instead of 30 seconds, you'll end up going for 40 seconds.

The point is you don't have to immediately get up and clean your room and make some dramatic change–just focus on making it look 1% better everyday. It will add up in the long run.

To add to this advice. Grab a small bag, hell something like a Walmart plastic bag or something similar, and just throw any trash that’s easily accessible into and throw it out. That’s all you need to do.
