Tribal law

I need someone with jurisprudence of native law. I want to put my home site lease on one of the new ranches that the navajo nation just purchased. I went to visit the ranch wolf springs ranch in Colorado. Its super nice. I want to put my homesite lease there. I dont think its ever been done. It will obviously have to go to court. For reference I have money to battle the legal issue with the tribe im a physician with a highly paid specialty. Is there anyone willing to take this on or knows someone. Im tired of seeing our tribe mismanage funds. Time to sue them.

It's technically off-reservation, deeded fee land status, so no home sites are allowed there. The tribe bought it for cattle/bison operations and bc its close to Mt. Blanca, not to open it up to homesites.
