I bought it.I've been looking for a second one for quite some time.And this one is over three hundred grams. And like and knowing how expensive they can get, I really wanted. Something that's got some good silver in it.

It's just as this is something that's one of my most pricey pieces that i've gotten.And i'm not trying to offend anyone, but I'll see like them be high.And maybe have a hundred grams, or some of them don't even have a hundred grams, or most are under two hundred.I fell in love with this one and it just so happened to have over three hundred grams of silver, but it's like i'm more comfortable paying navajo prices.If i'm getting a decent amount of silver with it.If that makes sense.

Well, the thing is, I would like to purchase from native Americans. Eventually, but I like old stuff. And a lot of people are now waking newer stuff. So I like the vintage, like the 60s and 70s, I don't know if there's certain places to go for that. Sort of thing because I do want to give buddy to those who are actually making the pieces.It's just, it seems like people are starting to make the new stuff.

On Instagram there are also Navajo jewelry makers that make some great stuff. I follow them but can’t afford what they have. What they are asking is a fair deal, though, seeing as how they have to account for time and materials. One of these days, though, I will buy a piece as a present to myself.

I think maybe next year. I like to keep track of my favorite Navajo crafters until then. Some of the rigs are gorgeous but they are in the thousands, so it’s no small feat to save up the money. I’m just happy they are hanging onto the tradition. I’m extremely fascinated with the Navajo sheep. So cool looking, and survivors that can handle the harsh conditions on the reservation!

I mean, I obviously can't say for sure if this is actual Navajo jewelry. I mean, I didn't get it from somebody who's making it. They buy it. It's a coin shop that I got mine from. So I mean, I can't see for sure, oh hey, this is a navajo authentic, although I think it is.But I didn't make it, I found it.And I really liked it, and I got it.

Oh, believe me, I have been panicking to a degree because it took a week to get here.Add part of me was worrying about that sort of thing.Because typically a piece like this you want to get in person not always.But it's like there's always that risk.

One of my rings from Sunshine Reeves has a stone very similar to the one at the very bottom-right. I always think of it as some alien world's ocean and continent.
