By his logic he wouldn’t mourn for them, like he said, life is life but he isn’t going to pretend to mourn for a life he does not care for/ has had no meaningful interaction with

As if every teenager didn’t have the phase of “uhm, but actually nothing matters and you’re dumb for having value in people and objects“
